"The didn’t give me any notice of my rate increase but charged me for it. They first told me they emailed me but then confirmed they didn’t. After they change their story and blamed their office on being understaffed. Said it was mailed instead and then confirmed it needs to be a 30 day notice but all mail was delayed and I should be getting the notice in the mail soon. How can you charge me the new rate before giving me the 30 day notice and then say sorry can’t do anything. Continue to blame being understaffed."
